Fall on the D&H

Image, Fall along the Delaware & Hudson Railroad. In this last photograph ever taken by photographer Fred C. Stoes, which was taken off the back of a Delaware & Hudson passenger train, perhaps the photographer was able to capture the continuation of life's meaning itself. Through his emotional eye Fred C. Stoes is seen the coming and the going of life's cycle, that one more bend around which lies one more question and one more answer, and finally, heaven's blue vault over it all. --------------------
