Notes: * Road incorporated on September 16, 1896 as a consolidation of the Port Royal & Agusta, and the Port Royal and Western Carolina Railway. * As of January 1, 1941 the company operated over 342 miles of main line and 108 miles of spurs, sidings and yard tracks. The motive power and rolling stock included 42 locomotives, 31 passenger cars and 888 freight cars. * Merged into parent company Atlantic Coast Line December 31,1959.
